This course will prepare students to become expert witnesses within their professional fields. The course provides opportunities to participate in related activities within a court setting and will be taught by appropriately qualified personnel from within the field of law with the use of a state of the art mock courtroom to demonstrate cross-examination skills. Students will be supported through their learning using experiential techniques within a court room setting.

- Skills in cross examination
- Wednesday 10th October 2012 (14.00 – 16.30) (session will be videoed for those who cannot attend)
- Friday 16th and Saturday 17th November 2012 (9.30 – 17.00) (attendance compulsory)
This module can be undertaken independently or can form part of a Masters programme offered by the School of Postgraduate Medicine or other postgraduate programmes in the Faculty of Health and Human Science.
